Creamy Peanut Sauce
Add a PB twist to your next meal with our recipe for a Creamy Peanut Sauce—perfect as a dip for fresh spring rolls or a drizzle for noodles and salads
Ingredients:
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced (optional)
2–3 tablespoons warm water (to thin)
Crushed peanuts or chili flakes (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and garlic until smooth.
Add warm water, one tablespoon at a time, until sauce reaches your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust flavor as needed—add a little extra honey for sweetness or vinegar for tang.
Transfer to a dipping bowl and garnish with crushed peanuts or chili flakes, if desired.
Tip: This sauce keeps well in the fridge for up to 5 days—just stir and thin with a splash of water before using!
